I traded with Lily and the tasks did not update

I made pillow grey , I traded with lily, there were 2 pillow grey required (1 with reward of 189 s and 1 with reward of 0.525 g ) Now even after taking the reward of .525g which I didn’t get eventually, The tasks still remain, but the pillow grey is gone from my inventory .. !. Lily is a thief I think .
